My brother, your brother.

I don't know what to say but I know I have something to say...so bare with me.

My main thing I want to say is to cherish your family!

My brother, first of all, is amazing. He is so talented and even though he is younger than I am, i look up to him. He has a different mind. He teaches me things and opens my eyes and he encourages me to do so much and inspires me! Especially now after we had a friend who was taken from earth to join our Father in Heaven! He is so inspired by Daniel. He did his dream everyday! Whether he did beats on his school desk , on his belly, in school band, or his actual bands. He was doing it everyday! I know I didn't know him as well as my brother did so I feel weird talking so much about Daniel. But, why? He deserves to have his legacy kept alive! He inspired my brother to write a song anonymously for him, and his family! It makes me cry almost every time I hear it!

I can't believe what I am listening to was created by my brother! I can't believe how talented he is! I can't believe how much I take him (and my family) for granted!

* Your brother is amazing! He inspires so many people! 2 that I know of for sure! I am heartbroken EVERY day with the reality of your brother being gone from earth. But, I think we need to remember this guy is in heaven! The best audience you could ask for! ; ) I applaud your spirits, courage, you! My deepest, sincerest, humble sympathies.*

My brother made this incredible song for The Green family but it is so inspiring to me on so many levels. I don't want to say too much because it is Sajen's gift to The Greens. So, he is giving it to them. He is not putting his name on it, not putting it up on myspace, nothing. He made it for Daniel and family. So, i will leave it at that.

I just wanted to express how much I look up to him and how much we all look up to Daniel. It took someone being taken from us to Carpe Diem. My new saying. It just means more than words to me now. It is a goal.

Since moving to Tallahassee, I have noticed most of my friends having converse shoes on their footsies! So, now I am starting to want some. My mom got me a pair of One Star Converse shoes but they were pink and I was like whatever, I got CHUCKS! Not so much. I was told that one star is not chucks or something along those lines. So I was bummed. Well, we were walking through JCPennys the other day and I saw some chucks. So i was like lemme try them on and see if they are ok. So , i did and they were! I found my size Men 9 women 11. But i wanted the charcoal colored ones. However they didn't have my size in charcoal. So I just got black. I thought I would get those and go back to Tallahasse and try to exchange them at the JCPennys.

I had to wait like a week to trade them because I needed my mom there because it was on her card. So, we went on Friday and they didn't have my size in charcoal so i just took my black chucks. Went home, laced them up and was going to put them on and walk around in them. I put my left shoe on then got the other shoe and it was also a left shoe! Really?! So, after a wedding I went to on saturday I went to exchange the shoes for the proper ones and I asked the lady can you look in the back for my size shoe because this has two left feet in it. She said sure, i waited and waited and they looked on the shelf in the actual store and it wasn't looking good. She comes back up to me looking scared to talk to me and says well, we don't have 9/11 in black anywhere here but we do have 9/11 in charcoal. I said WHAT?! Those are the ones I originally wanted! I'LL TAKE THEM! I could have been upset with the girl the night before for not checking very well but I was just so happy to have my 9/11 charcoal chucks i did not even care.

So, without further adieu. Ladies and gents. After like a week and some change of waiting, I am wearing my chucks!!!!

I always remember something one of my pastors said one time he was giving the message. He said to keep your focus on God. He gave a good example. There are some churches who boycott Disney because Disney has a gay week or something and they don't agree with that. Well, that is a distraction of keeping our focus on God! I feel like some people I am close with in my own church are having problems with this. Keeping God first!

I feel like for our girls, boys are getting in the way and a huge distraction! I really think we should all check our self. Seriously check our self! Ask ourself 'Why are we in the ministries we are in?' I am being one heck of a 'Nathan'. If you guys don't remember from the Entourage series. Nathan is the person you need to back hand you with sense! I don't want us to lie to ourselves. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. I think if we have something blocking our sight of God then that means we have something/one blocking our vision or what God has for us also. Whether it be boys, girls, television, video games, jealousy, anything! All of that gets in the way of God. I am not saying , or course, to give all that up. I just mean watch how much you are concentrating on your something rather than Him. Because without Him, you won't get what you desire anyway! So, make sure He is the center of your actions and words and everything!

Know that when I write this, I am speaking to myself too! When you see a splinter in someone else you usually have a log in your own eye. Actually, pretty sure i just butchered that analogy. I also think I butchered the word butchered.

I have nothing else to say about this. Just check yourself. Even if you don't feel convicted, check yourself. I know I am and I don't like what I am realizing and it is keeping me in check! I will not be answering any questions about this blog. I said all i wanna say in this. Thank ya
